Checking In:
Call us at (410) 256-0742 when you pull into a parking spot. Our friendly care professionals will ask you a series of quick questions about your pet, and this will complete your check-in process.
Once your veterinarian is ready, a vet assistant will escort you and your pet to an exam room within the clinic.
Checking Out:
When your appointment is finished, our friendly reception team will process your payment and make sure you have everything you need. Your vet assistant will help you and your pet back out to your car.
Note: We have kept Covid protocols in place as we discovered it was a much calmer experience for our furry friends and their families. You are welcome to accompany your pet inside with your vet assistant or wait in your car until the appointment is completed.

During your first visit, your veterinarian will go over your pet’s history and any questions you may have about nutrition, feeding, behavior, medical issues, such as medications, and future care, such as microchipping, spaying and neutering, flea and tick control, heartworm prevention, vaccinations, dental care and more.
Please remember to bring any paperwork, such as previous medical records from the breeder/rescue or prior veterinarian so that we can add these to your pet’s file.
